Mediaocean provides expanded chat support!



Need to contact us quickly while you're working? Chat Support is now available within the Prisma, Aura, and Spectra OX platforms. If you’re working after hours, your message will be sent as an email.

Note the following chat hours: 

  • For all media and Technical, chat hours are 9 am to 7 pm, Eastern time. 
  • For Finance and Canadian Spot, chat hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern time. 

In Prisma and Aura, select Chat with Support from the Help menu:



Spectra OX

In Spectra OX, click the link under Contact Support or click Chat at the right of the Welcome screen.


Spectra AV

In Spectra AV, click Chat at the right of the screen.
